چکیده

The production of energy from renewable sources is one the difficulties Morocco faces. Thus, a waste-to-energy system assessed utilizing thermal process in this paper. Among recoverable wastes that Kingdom has an adequate supply are plastic trash generated by expanding automobile sectors and olive pomace, byproduct manufacture oil. These two leftovers can be viewed as feedstocks utilized pyrolysis process, which gained popularity since it produces products greater quality than other thermochemical conversion methods. Aspen Plus software was used to research process. Ash, volatile matter, moisture, fixed carbon contents were determined determine proximate analysis. through characterization, final analysis revealed ratios carbon, hydrogen, nitrogen, oxygen. simulation model created examine improve efficiency particularly – bio-oil, biochar, syngas result it. outcomes demonstrate that, compared plastic, pomace carried out at 500 °C high quantity products. producing co-pyrolysis automotive intriguing because more biogas, including methane while less ashes when pyrolyzed separately.

Determination of Polycyclic Aromatic Hydrocarbons in Olive and Refined Pomace Olive Oils using HPLC/FLD

ABSTRACT: In this study, an analytical method is developed to determine 15 polycyclic aromatic hydrocarbons (PAHs) in olive and refined pomace olive oils using HPLC coupled with a fluorescence detector. The standardised method of ultrasound-assisted solvent extraction consisted of liquid–liquid extraction with organic solvent and purification on C18 and Florisil bonded-phase cartridges was modi...

Possibilities and limits of pyrolysis for recycling plastic rich waste streams rejected from phones recycling plants.

The possibilities and limits of pyrolysis as a means of recycling plastic rich fractions derived from discarded phones have been studied. Two plastic rich samples (⩾80wt% plastics) derived from landline and mobile phones provided by a Spanish recycling company, have been pyrolysed under N2 in a 3.5dm3 reactor at 500°C for 30min. The landline and mobile phones yielded 58 and 54.5wt% liquids, 16....

Coal and plastic waste co - pyrolysis by thermal analysis - mass spectrometry

Simultaneous thermogravimetry-mass spectrometry studies of a pyrolytic decomposition of mixtures of different plastic wastes/coking coal were carried out. The investigation was performed at temperatures up to 1000oC in a helium atmosphere under dynamic conditions at a heating rate of 25 oC/min. Five thermoplastics, commonly found in municipal wastes: low density polyethylene (LDPE), high densit...
